Starting a 75gal β equipment checklist?
Got a deal on a used 75 with stand. Need to spec out skimmer, return, light, heater, and PH. Budget is around $1.5k for everything but rock & livestock. Suggestions?

- Used Reef Octopus skimmers go for $150 on the LFS classifieds. Don't overpay new.
- Heater redundancy: two smaller heaters > one big one. Always.
